Caratory ("we", "us", or "our") operates caratory.com, an AI-powered service that turns a flat jewelry product photo into on-model, white-background, and detail shots for online sellers.    • Purpose: To generate the on-model and product images you request. Uploaded images and prompts are sent to trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers solely to produce your results. We do not use your uploaded product images to train our own models.

3. Generated Content

   • Purpose: To deliver your results, let you review past generations, and improve service reliability.

4. Usage and Device Information

   • What we collect: How you interact with the service (features used, generation frequency), plus device and browser type, IP address, and similar technical data.
   • Purpose: To operate, secure, and improve the service.

5. Cookies

   • What we collect: Small data files that keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and theme.
   • Purpose: To provide core functionality and remember your settings. We use only cookies necessary to run the service.

6. Payment Information

   • What we collect: When you purchase credits, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive limited billing details (such as amount, currency, and transaction status) but do not store your full card number.

Content Moderation and Acceptable Use

Caratory is a professional jewelry photography tool. Generating adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, NSFW, nude, or sexually suggestive content, content that sexualizes minors, or any hateful, violent, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Every generation prompt is automatically screened by content-moderation systems before any image is produced; prompts that violate this policy are blocked and no content is generated. We may process and retain prompts for the purpose of enforcing this policy, and accounts used to attempt prohibited generations may be suspended or terminated. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate Caratory — including AI image-generation infrastructure, cloud hosting, database, authentication, and payment processing — bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal authorities, when required to comply with the law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Caratory, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images and generated results are retained to power your generation history; you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
